his solvent-based, high-quality stain-blocking primer sealer features a modified alkyd resin formula with a flat matt finish. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, it adheres well to previously painted surfaces, cured plaster and cement coatings, concrete, brick, metals, wood, and rigid PVC. It effectively seals challenging stains such as nicotine, water marks, smoke, graffiti, and tannin bleed, and can be overcoated with either water- or solvent-based paints.
